A Turner fabricates, components and products from metal and wood.

Working to a set of specifications, Turners operate tools and machines to grind, mill and shape raw materials into the specified form, then assembling the final product.

The WorldSkills Australia Turning Competition has been designed for Competitors to perform various mechanical and technical skills whilst completing assigned project pieces.
