From National Champions to Global Competitors
Every two years, we select and train an elite team of young professionals — the Skillaroos — to represent Australia on the world stage. They compete against up to 90 member countries at the International WorldSkills Competition, all striving to be the best of the best.
The Skillaroo Training Squad emerges from the National Championships as Australia’s best young skilled apprentices and trainees. From here the elite Skillaroos are selected, forming part of Team Australia that will go on to compete Internationally.
