Cristopher's Story
Cristopher Matkowski turned a passion for Cooking into the opportunity to compete on the WorldSkills stage. Cristopher represented Sydney. Cristopher developed competition-ready skills at The Star Entertainment Group: The Star Culinary Institute and TAFE NSW Ryde. Cristopher prepared for the pressure, challenges, and strict time limits of competition. Cristopher's hard work culminated in winning Medallion for Excellence.
